Ennio Capasa has always been a great fan of the cinema and recently hosted an exclusive dinner to honour the leading actors of the film BLINDNESS. Directed by Fernando Meirelles the film kicked off the world famous Cannes Festival movie review.

The CoSTUME NATIONAL soirée also saw the launch of “La PLAGE”, the temporary Cannes-based restaurant of the Paris Hotel Costes

“For me cinema has always been a key source of inspiration,” says Ennio Capasa. “The creative energy in the air at Cannes at Festival time is unique.”

The designer was accompanied by a host of VIPs. These included the film’s
lead actors – Julianne Moore, Danny Glover e Gael Garcia Bernal, Alice Braga
- and the director, Fernando Meirelles of “City of God” and “The Constant Gardener” fame.
